How to Use
- Prepare the Block:
Remove the block from its bag and soak it in cold water for 4–8 hours. Place a clean weight on top to keep it submerged during soaking. - Maintain Humidity:
After soaking, place the block in a high-humidity environment. Mist it 2–3 times per day to keep the humidity high. As the mushrooms begin to form pins (usually within 1–2 weeks), reduce misting slightly and focus on maintaining airflow. - Optimal Setup (Optional):
For the best results, you can place your block in a humidity-controlled chamber, such as a MonoTub, Martha tent, or under a humidity dome, to maximise moisture retention and airflow. - Harvest:
Your Reishi mushrooms will be ready to harvest in about 60 days. Gently twist them at the base to remove them from the block.
